Clear expectations protect your investment and give every custom project the time and attention it deserves.
Deposit & Early Cancellation
A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your place in the design queue. If you cancel before receiving initial concepts or proofs, any amount paid beyond that deposit will be refunded.
Work in Progress
If you cancel after initial concepts or proofs have been provided, 50% of the total project fee is retained to cover labor, time, and creative development.
Final Files Delivered
Once approved vector files, production-ready assets, or master deliverables—including AI, EPS, and PNG files—have been delivered, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
Revisions
Your package includes the revision rounds listed in its description. Logo Launch and Single Design include 2 rounds. Brand Suite and Brand + DTF revision scope is confirmed in your quote. Additional revisions or requests outside the approved direction are billed separately.
Turnaround Policy
Your first concept or proof is normally delivered within 48 business hours after the deposit, completed brief, and all required reference files are received. Weekends and holidays are excluded. Final delivery time depends on project scope, revision requests, and how quickly feedback is provided. Rush service applies only when confirmed and paid for in advance.
